Reaching the next level is an internal leveling up.
A business worth running is one that reflects who you actually are — not who you became to keep it going.
I'm Luke Kish, founder of WarriorBabe — the online fitness company I've built to $125M+ in lifetime revenue with a 200-person team, currently running at $40M+ a year. After almost a decade inside it, I'm certain the spiritual side of success is the operational side, and the next level most founders are chasing is an inner one they keep trying to solve outside themselves. These days, the work is helping them make that turn.

The start was always the soul.
At nineteen I was the top earner in a sales organization sixty-five thousand people moved through — the car, the title, the room every time I walked in. From the outside it looked like I'd figured something out a decade before most people manage to.
What I actually had was Bob Proctor putting language to the part of me that already suspected there was more underneath. Consciousness. Infinite intelligence. The spiritual side of building. I knew the direction long before I had the structure to hold it.

You are why you are stuck.
What I learned came the long way around. Through my early twenties I ran at the emptiness with everything I had, and by twenty-six I'd built WarriorBabe past nine figures — real product, real team, real revenue, all of it run by a Luke who needed people to like him to feel okay, who'd quietly bend himself to avoid causing anyone pain, and who couldn't act on something until he was a hundred percent certain it would work.
That kind of founder builds a beautiful business that breaks his body to keep alive. I started losing the thread mid-sentence in meetings I'd given a hundred times. A relationship ended and the loss cracked me open in a way nine figures of revenue never had. EMDR, an OCD diagnosis I'd lived a decade inside without naming, Kabbalah, a month sitting still with the loop turned off — and underneath all of it, a void. The exact feeling my whole life had been engineered to never have to touch. So I sat with it. It was survivable.
The business was always reflecting the founder. The strategy was never the bottleneck — the vessel was.
You are why you are stuck, and you are why you'll get unstuck. Nothing outside you was ever going to be the answer — and that is the most hopeful thing I know.
Four doorways into the work.
Wherever you are in the build, there's a way in. If you just want to think alongside me, start with the journal or the podcast. If you're ready to do the deeper work, the program and working together one-on-one are where it gets personal. Follow whichever one meets you where you actually are.
